Meet The Team
Robert Edwards
Before attending and graduating from the University of Utah, Robert started his journey in construction at the age of 18, as part of a footing and foundation crew in the Jackson Hole Wyoming area. Roberts career has been about education and learning new skills. After completing college at the University of Utah, Robert started in the Mining Industry exploring and obtaining new resources and was soon involved in operations and management for a large mining company. This part of Robert's life allowed him to be a part of large land acquisitions, exploration, mining operations and started his path into gaining lots of tools and experiences to further his career. Some of Roberts projects include; building Federal and State Highways, large infrastructure projects, railway projects, and industrial mineral plants. Robert has held many titles and positions during his lifetime but none more important than being a dad. When Robert had the opportunity to develop land for residential homes and then begin building residential homes as a general contractor he found the most gratifying part of the process is when the project becomes a person's home.
Shadd Johnson
Shadd is a third generation professional in the construction industry. Following in the footsteps of his father & grandfather, Shadd entered the business in his teens as a framing assistant and worked his way up to a project manager before going to college. After completing a degree at ITT Tech in Drafting Design, he worked at several structural engineering firms before starting Shadd Johnson Design LLC to follow his passion in designing dream homes.
Jesus Bonales
Jesus has been involved in the construction industry for 10 years, starting his career shortly after graduating high school. Throughout these years Jesus has been traveling to build in California, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, and now Utah where he is the project manager for True Development. Jesus has built over 300 homes, both spec and custom ranging from 1,200 ft2 to 14,000 ft2. Jesus's expertise is in framing and being a leader. As a leader, Jesus' main goal is to build quality homes for our clients and to manage our builds to the highest quality. Jesus loves his family of 3 kids and his beautiful wife.
